Love local products made with love? Look no further than Dubrovnik this June!
As DuList reported on the 13th of May, 2017, from the 8th to the 11th of June, 2017 on Marin Drzic Square, the ”Croatian Village Products” Fair will be held from 09:00 – 21:00, where you can view, taste and purchase top quality domestic, traditional, agricultural food products.
The popular and long-running fair is among the most important in Croatia. Throughout the last 15 years, several Croatian cities all over the country have exhibited thousands of producers at all levels and their products, attracting more than 120,000 visitors from all over the world.
It is reported that around thirty producers of traditional products from areas spanning the whole country are set to participate at the upcoming fair in Dubrovnik, giving visitors the opportunity to be able to view, taste and buy quality homemade cured meat products such as Slavonian kulen and bacon, high-quality domestic wines, homemade brandies and liqueurs, olive oil, organic products, cheeses, honey, fruit and vegetable products, handicrafts and souvenirs and much more. Particular effort and care have been invested in all of the products to ensure the continuation of tradition, ecology and quality.
The fair will be held under the support of the Valamar Riviera and the Tourist Board of the City of Dubrovnik.
