This year, as Glas Slavonije writes, Moto Klub Osijek is organising a donation action for children under the name of Motozeko (Motobunny). This traditional event will be held in different locations for two weekends to include as many children as possible. The Motozeke will this year donate to children in Antunovac, Ivanovac, Bilje, Osijek, and Sarvaš.
On Saturday (April 9), gifts and entertainment will be organised for the children of Antunovac and Ivanovac in cooperation with Moto Klub My Way. The gathering for departure will be on the premises of Moto Klub Osijek at 9 am. After Antunovac and Ivanovac, Motozeke will take off to Bilje, where they will give out presents and entertain the children in front of the castle of Prince Eugene of Savoy. On Friday (April 15) morning, a donation action for children will be organised at the Grlica Kindergarten in Bilje.
The central event of the entire Motozeko 2022 campaign will take place on Holy Saturday (April 16). A gathering is planned in front of the premises of Moto Klub Osijek, at Sv. Leopold Bogdan Mandić bb, from 9 am. A parade to the “Dar” organisation is planned for around 10 am, where the bunnies should stay until 10.45 (Vukovarska 216, Osijek). After that, Motozeke will arrive at Freedom Square at 11 am, where they will give presents and entertain the children who are there. Around 11.45, the departure to the intersection of Rokova and Hebrangova streets is planned, where, in agreement with the Sveti Rok Veterans Organisation, they will donate to and entertain the children of Croatian veterans and children refugees from war-torn Ukraine. After that, they leave for the Sarvaš local playground, where presents and entertainment will await children from the area of the Sarvaš local board.
The Motozeko 2022 campaign will welcome numerous motorcyclists and members of motorcycle clubs from Osijek and the surrounding area, and Moto Klub Osijek invites all citizens to take their youngest to Freedom Square. Motozeko and Motomraz are among the favourite holiday actions held in the city on the Drava.
