Four luxurious smart villas with three apartments each are located in the Jordanovac district.
Alfa Stan company from Zagreb has presented the long-awaited project “Alfa Stan Jordanovac – Home of the Future”, thus opening the doors of the four luxury villas with three apartments each in the Jordanovac district of Zagreb, reports Jutarnji List on May 27, 2017.
These unique and smart flats guarantee maximum privacy and provide a powerful impression of living in a private house. The apartments are intended for customers who want a combination of the highest standards of construction and living and the maximum comfort and luxury.
Selected guests had the opportunity to attend the presentation of the apartments. Mate Mustapić, the director of the Alfa Stan company, opened the event. “This project represents the crown of our many years of efforts. Our wish was to enable people, our tenants, extraordinary comfort with the most state-of-the-art technology available in Croatia. I would like to thank all the employees and associates who have been involved in the realization of this dream and the realization of the ‘Home of the Future’ project, but also all of you who have contributed to its successful implementation.”
The apartments offer a unique living experience, innovative design and luxurious features. The project represents true synergy of nature and the city which guarantees maximum privacy and exceptional comfort.
The complex is made up of four buildings grouped around a semi-private yard intended for providing access and entertainment. The choice of materials and landscaping demonstrates the effort to humanize the environment. The buildings contain three apartments each.
Like in semi-detached houses, each apartment is provided with direct pedestrian and vehicular access. In terms of design, the houses are simple prisms with the smooth plastered main body on the pedestal of large-sized panels. This design style references the best examples of Zagreb`s Modernist movement but with a contemporary interpretation. Roofs are intensely green and used as outdoor areas of flats on the final floors.
The apartments have several levels and spatial quality of small family homes and are oriented three-way or even four-way, which, in combination with large openings, makes them well-lit and ventilated. The unique feature is the view of the city from terraces and balconies.
