Obonjan, a small island near Šibenik, was once known as “The Island of Youth” and is now a major tourist hotspot visited by some of the world’s best DJs and guests looking for fun in the beautiful mix of nature and lodging in luxurious glamping facilities and bungalows, reports Sibenik.in on May 23, 2018.

Not so long ago, Obonjan was something completely different, a large summer gathering place for scouts from all over the former Yugoslavia. “The Island of Youth” provided a lot of fun in those days as well, but only after young visitors would take shovels in their hands and earn the vacation by a lot of hard work and sweat.
