I. Housing part
Located on the surface of approximately 18,000 square meters it consists of one larger and three smaller indigenous stone objects categorized with four stars. Given that this is an eco area, the architect specified that the materials required for the construction of all buildings have to be in accordance with this. So it is envisaged that the original Brač stone is used in the construction, using drywall technique and comb roof covered with stone slabs.
In the cellar part of the residential zone, there is a reception for guests, a kitchen for preparing breakfast and a tavern, while the rest of the area can accommodate a sauna and mini fitness. All facilities are designed to have a sea view.
II. The remaining land
Almost 18,000 square meters of land is anticipated for the catering and recreational area, which other than for the guests of Eco-Village, is also intended for visitors from surrounding tourist destinations. It is planned to build additional six buildings in this area. One of them is a restaurant with a viewpoint over the entire Split Aquarium.
