Four days of salsa workshops, dance parties and unique winter dance marthons begin tonight at 10 PM
For the fifth year in a row, Split dance centre is organizing its traditional Salsa Split Sylvester Nights Festival. On December, on the stroke of midnight, more than 200 locals and guests will enter the New Year with a free salsa dance party at Voćni trg in the very centre of Split.
Along with a full salsa programme, all guests will enjoy special Studio 54 Dj sets. According to organizers, tourists from all over the world have signed up for the salsa party including guests from Mexico, Egypt, USA, the Netherlands, Russia, Latvia while most of them are from Slovakia, Germany, Austria and neighbouring countries. For the first time, because of the support of the City of Split and Split Tourist Board, all programmes are free so anyone can join.
Salsa New Year’s Eve party starts at 10 PM tonight, party continues tomorrow at noon on Prokurative, unique beach winter salsa party is scheduled for Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 11 AM while the entire 4 day programme will finish with a Goodbye Party at the Avalon club.
