The Taste and Travel Festival announces its third edition in Zadar this year. A multisensory festival presenting the best of Croatian gastronomic offers, Taste and Travel brings together young innovators who have a unique opportunity to showcase their work, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, showing their expertise of the food industry. Taste and Travel Festival will be held from August 25 to 31.
Taste and Travel Festival began in 2014, organized by the Croatian Association Club of Zadar and young students, later joining the Association of Croatian villages and Probion with the Student Association of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb.
In recent years, Taste and Travel Festival has brought together more than 200 participants and exhibitors with over 40,000 visitors. The aim of the festival is to promote corporate social responsibility, exploration of local competitive advantages, and research development opportunities in the food industry and tourism. This festival also encourages innovation and entrepreneurial spirit in young people to provide a unique opportunity to stand out in today’s demanding market.
Taste and Travel Festival is a partner with the Craft Beer Festival, Fair Products in Croatian Villages and the Festival of Innovation in the Food Industry, displaying in three beautiful Zadar locations over the last week of August.
Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy craft beer specials that move away from the norm, unique products from family farms, and see the projects of young innovators within the food industry.
