Football Fest, headed by Dario Šimić and Aljoša Asanović, will be the biggest football event this fall and will be held in Zagreb from October 27-30.
Football Fest is a specialized exhibition dedicated to football, the most popular sport in the world. Because football has grown into one of the largest industries in the modern world, Football Fest is a new way for football lovers to exchange experiences, knowledge and contacts, while vendors can present their products, services and projects. The exhibition will be held at the Zagreb Fair.

There will be organized educational conferences and workshops with eminent experts from all over Europe. There will even be a funzone with futsal tournaments and penalty shootouts, among many other activities.
Aljoša Asanović, former Croatian National team player and project ambassador of the festival, states that projects such as Football Fest are extremely important for the football industry, bringing together all the segments into a single place. It is especially important for Croatia and for the surrounding regions as they have always bred top football talent. Asanović further states that fellow football players, sponsors, media, and the whole of the industry will come together for this event. Alan Balen, project manager, even said that the festival will be visited by representatives of UEFA.
Football Fest can give added value to football clubs, federations, players, entrepreneurs, sport industry companies, marketing, research and PR agencies, managers of sports facilities, marketing and kinesiology students and all others who are related or just can’t resist football.
