As of Monday the 12th of June, 2017, tickets for the most wonderful celebration of culture in the Pearl of the Adriatic can be purchased.

As DuList reported on the 11th of June, 2017, tickets for nearly sixty incredible dramatic performances, musical pieces, operas, ballets and more which are set to fill the 68th Dubrovnik Summer Festival with its signature magic will be available for purchase as of Monday.

The cashier will be available daily from 10:00 to 18:00 from now until the 1st of July, after which, tickets can be purchased and information can be obtained from 09:00 to 21:00 at the address: Od Sigurate 1.

Some of the absolute best spectacles to be seen this summer include “Gospoda Glembajevi” directed by Zlatko Sviben and one of many wonderful plays by the Dubrovnik native Marin Drzic, deservingly considered to be the greatest Croatian playwright of all time, directed by Ivica Boban. Without a shred of a doubt, the 68th Dubrovnik Summer Festival will be just as incredible as each one that has gone before it. The timeless and truly irreplaceable ambience and atmosphere of this most unique Baroque city makes a stunning backdrop for every single performance staged.

“Carmina Burana” is set to open the music program in front of the church of St. Blaise (Sv. Vlaho) on the 11th of July, and will be concluded by a gala concert of the HRT Symphony Orchestra

This year, all residents of Dubrovnik-Neretva County will be offered a 30% discount on all tickets for all performances. Faithful visitors who are not official residents of the county will also be offered a generous discount package. When purchasing tickets for two drama/theatrical or three musical performances, you are entitled to a free ticket for one more dramatic performance or one music program of your choice.

The summer 2017 program in its entirety is available here and all inquiries regarding the purchase of tickets can be sent to: [email protected].
