June the 29th, 2026 – Aminess has opened the new Aminess Younique Heritage Hotel in a significant 3.4 million euro investment in a redesigned property on gorgeous Korčula.

The aforementioned investment brings with it a totally redesigned property that will operate as an exclusive five-star heritage hotel, seeing Aminess’s already enviable portfolio increase to a total of six properties in the highest possible category.

Aminess Hotels & Resorts has officially opened the doors of the Aminess Younique Korčula Heritage Hotel, one of the most popular and historically significant hotels on the popular Dalmatian island of Korčula.

Located in a unique position right next to the old town core and the shoreline, this new hotel is once again becoming one of the most attractive meeting places on all of Korčula. Poslovni writes that its iconic terrace will attract a large number of guests with elegant details and a premium selection of cocktails and local specialities.

This investment is far from just your basic renovation, but the the revival of Korčula’s rich and very specific history. The new luxury heritage hotel concept, designed by the architectural studio Atellior, is based precisely on this heritage.

“As a high-category heritage hotel, Aminess Younique Korčula Heritage Hotel further raises the quality of the island’s tourism offering. Korčula is thus strengthening its status as one of the most desirable destinations on the Adriatic while simultaneously increasing its recognition on strategically important source markets such as the UK and the USA, where interest in this type of boutique accommodation continues to grow.

The hotel will help attract higher-spending guests throughout a larger part of the year. By revitalising one of the most significant historical buildings in Korčula, we’re creating new value for the destination and the local community, combining heritage preservation with sustainable tourism development for future generations,” concluded Mladen Knežević, President of the Management Board of Aminess.
