Dubrovnik-Neretva County will be collecting project bids until April the 11th, 2018.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes on the 21st of March, 2018, Dubrovnik-Neretva County has opened up a public tender for the construction of an entrepreneurial incubator in Ploče, for which it received grants from European Union funds in the encouraging amount of 99.84 percent last year.
More than ten million kuna was provided for the entrepreneurial infrastructure, the required land was secured via an agreement between the County and the City of Ploče, and all of the necessary permits to begin with the project were completed and submitted.
The estimated value of the works for the construction of the up and coming Ploče incubator sits at around 8.3 million kuna, and the project contract foresees that the entrepreneurial incubator should be completed within 365 days, or one year, from the beginning of the actual works.
The entrepreneurial incubator is planned as part of the Vranjak entrepreneurial zone, located in an area of 1,700 square metres. It is expected that young entrepeneurs involved in production will use three business premises on what will eventually be the ground floor of the complex, each one standing at 109 square metres in size, while the six other considerably smaller areas also located on what will be ground floor, will be used by entrepreneurs engaged in service activities.
As previously mentioned, the bid for contractors is open until April the 11th this year.
