March the 5th, 2024 – The popular Aminess Hospitality Group is expanding, with yet another takeover of an operational hotel business in the bag.

As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, the management company Aminess Hospitality Group is known to the domestic market as an extension of the business of the company Aminess Hotels & Resorts. Over the past two months of operation, it has taken over the operational business of Hotel Lišanj from Novi Vinodolski and Hotel Mediteran from Crikvenica. Now, it is adding yet another Kvarner hotel to its portfolio – the Boutique Hotel Bellevue 4*, also located in Crikvenica. This new acquisition represents a very important addition to the overall Aminess Hospitality Group portfolio of hotels situated along the northern Adriatic coast.

The Boutique Hotel Bellevue is located in the very heart of Crikvenica, just a few steps away from the city beach. This newly constructed hotel extends over eight floors and offers guests an impressive 41 rooms, an indoor swimming pool, a wellness centre on the top floor, as well as a bar and a restaurant enhanced by the proven Half 8 concept. After Pag and Novigrad, this will be the third version of the Half 8 restaurant concept, which promotes the Mediterranean atmosphere and cuisine, and allows guests to enjoy local meals on an open terrace right on the shore.

As with all of the hotels whose operational businesses have been taken over by Aminess Hospitality Group, their existing offer will be improved in this one as well, all with the support of experienced Aminess experts. A special focus will be placed on the gourmet offer, since Aminess Hotels & Resorts has been cooperating with local chefs such as David Skoko, Melkior Bašić, Matija Bogdan and Hrvoje Zirojević for years now. In addition to creating menus for Aminess hotels and restaurants, these chefs will also teach courses for young chefs and workers employed in these establishments.

“The third takeover of an operational hotel business in a period of a mere two months is a fantastic motivator for continuing our activities here on the Croatian market. We’re especially glad that this time, we took over a boutique hotel in the very heart of Crikvenica, which perfectly complements our existing portfolio. All our associates, in addition to the operational business management service, also get the advantage of being associated with the Aminess brand, which has established itself on the Croatian hotel and tourism market through years of stable business and growth,” said Mladen Knežević, a member of the Aminess Hotels & Resorts board.

Aminess Hotels & Resorts has otherwise been operating on the Croatian market for 56 years.
