October 1, 2026 – The global event industry is coming to Hvar with RSVP Symposium Croatia 2026.
From October 5 to 8, Hvar will host leading professionals from the worlds of luxury events, destination weddings, creative design, and event production. The RSVP Symposium is being held with Sunčani Hvar Hotels acting as host and co-producer, supported by the Hvar Town Tourist Board and the Split-Dalmatia County Tourist Board.
From October 5 to 8, 2026, Hvar will become a meeting point for leading professionals in the global event industry. RSVP Symposium Croatia—part of the international RSVP community dedicated to the luxury events sector—brings together event organizers, wedding planners, designers, creatives, producers, and other professionals shaping the industry’s future.
This year’s edition is held under the theme “The Power of K(no)w,” a play on words combining the power of knowledge with the equally important ability to recognize when to say “no.” Two days of educational programming will feature discussions on knowledge, decision-making, professional relationships, and contemporary industry challenges, with a focus on exchanging experiences and networking among participants.
RSVP Symposium Hvar 2026 is being realized with Sunčani Hvar Hotels as the host and co-producer, supported by the Hvar Town Tourist Board and the Split-Dalmatia County Tourist Board, and in partnership with the Croatian planning team AMAVERA Collective. The collaboration between the hotel sector, destination tourism boards, and specialized partners shares a clear objective: to showcase Hvar and Central Dalmatia to an audience directly involved in selecting venues for international weddings, luxury private events, incentive programs, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
Joining Sunčani Hvar Hotels and AMAVERA Collective for this year’s edition are MihociStudios (photography and video production), The Bombay Lettering Company (stationery), Julie and Lisa—along with Camilla from CJC Hair & Makeup—(beauty services), The Collective (entertainment), Altera (rentals, furniture, linens, and tents), and Xcape (yacht experiences). This blend of international and local creatives, producers, and destination partners further demonstrates Hvar’s capacity to host complex events requiring high production values and creative excellence.
The program is designed to ensure that Hvar is not merely a venue, but an integral part of the experience. Educational sessions will take place at the historic Hvar Theatre, while the social program will feature the Adriana, Palace Elisabeth, and Beach Club Hvar, as well as a maritime excursion. Local heritage and the island’s identity are woven into the concept of each evening—ranging from the atmosphere of a Dalmatian island to Hvar’s agave lace, which serves as the inspiration for the gala dinner at Palace Elisabeth.
The arrival of the RSVP Symposium is particularly significant for further positioning Hvar as a premium, year-round destination.
