The clock is ticking.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes and as N1 has been unofficially informed from Agrokor itself on the 30th of March, 2018, the deadline for the signing of the settlement decided upon by Agrokor’s new extraordinary commissioner, Fabris Peruško, is April the 10th, 2018.
Yesterday morning, as we reported, Peruško rather ominously gathered various company directors and managers together for a meeting at the Konzum building in Sopot, Zagreb.
The aim of the aforementioned meeting was to discuss company balance sheets and financial statements, and to convince the involved companies to have their respective documents published and ready all at the same time, as was advised by an as yet unnamed consultancy firm, despite the stagnating issues that still remain between Agrokor’s extraordinary administration team and the increasingly impatient companies involved in the mess.
There is very little time left for Agrokor’s management, which of course includes and directly involves its currently operating companies, to work towards this rapidly approaching ”D-Day”, and they must do so without any further hesitation, qualms, or back-peddling, all of which has been a trend in almost everything to do with the entire Agrokor process up until now.
This, much to the likely frustration of many, includes timely responses to meetings convened by Agrokor’s extraordinary commissioner, especially during regular working hours, regardless of the fact that Easter is now upon us.
