ZAGREB, March 18, 2018 – The average price per square metre of newly-built flats in Croatia reached 11,060 kuna in the second half of 2017, rising by 11% in comparison to the corresponding period of 2016, the national statistical office said.
The average price of square metre of new flats in Zagreb reached 12,390 kuna, climbing by 24.8% compared to the second half of 2016. Elsewhere in the country, it fell by 0.2% to 9,838 kuna.
In the second half of 2017, a total of 1,330 new flats were sold, including 647 in the capital city and 683 in the rest of Croatia.
