croatia-portugal direct flights summer 2026

January the 27th, 2026 – Direct Croatia-Portugal flights are set to return in summer 2026 thanks to easyJet, and interest is already high.

As Putni kofer writes, direct Croatia-Portugal flights are set to make a comeback this summer, which will be here before we know it. The popular British low-cost carrier easyJet is once again preparing to operate a direct line between Split and one of the most beautiful Portuguese cities of all – Porto.

From mid-June onwards, direct Croatia-Portugal flights will be able to be boarded without a stopover, which once again puts this destination high on the list of the most desirable summer trips and city breaks. This is a route that already aroused plenty of interest last season, and now it’s set to make its return to the delight of all those who want to explore Portugal’s famous colourful facades, the banks of the Douro River, historic districts and of course – much loved Portuguese wine.

The direct Croatia-Portugal flights returning in summer 2026 will, as stated, link Split and Porto and will do so twice weekly.

Given that there has been no direct flight between Zagreb and the Portuguese capital of Lisbon for some time now, previously operated by the Portuguese TAP, this upcoming seasonal route will represent the only direct air connection between Croatia and Portugal. That’s why a lot of interest is expected from passengers, especially among those looking for new, interesting European destinations without the need to hang around waiting for a transfer.

Details on the actual flight times, available dates and ticket prices can be found on the official easyJet website.

According to currently available data, the cheapest return ticket on the Split – Porto route will come with a price tag of 149 euros (at the time of writing, but this is likely to be up and down). That ticket is available for the period from the 22nd to the 29th of June, which allows a week-long stay in Portugal before the start of the peak summer season in Croatia.

Porto, Portugal’s second largest city, is an ancient, charming combination of rich history, colourful architecture, and a laid-back Mediterranean spirit in the north of the country.
