Dubrovnik-Neretva County Prefect Nikola Dobroslavić Receives Greek Navy Delegation

Lauren Simmonds

The Greeks are in town.

As Glas Grada reports on the 4th of August, 2017, recently re-elected Dubrovnik-Neretva County Prefect Nikola Dobroslavić and Deputy Prefect Joško Cebalo received a delegation of the Greek navy from the ship HS “PROMETHEUS”.

The long-standing County Prefect welcomed commander Adamantios Christodoulou, introduced him to some of the gems of Dubrovnik and the wider area and wished him a pleasant stay in the city.

Commander Christodoulou thanked Dobroslavic for the warm reception and added that he was in Dubrovnik on the occasion of being aboard a ship with cadets preparing for careers as Greek navy officers and travelling through the Mediterranean and the Adriatic.

The good cooperation and friendly relationship between Croatia and Greece, two navy states, has been highlighted and ”will continue into the future”, stated Nikola Dobroslavić. At the end of the reception, Prefect Dobroslavić and Commander Christodoulou exchanged heartfelt gifts.
