ZAGREB, Jan 16 (Hina) – The State Property company said on Tuesday it had issued two calls for an expression of interest in leasing 68 state-owned business premises at attractive locations in several cities in the country, with prices ranging from 444 to 23,000 kuna for properties measuring between 11 and 370 square metres in area.
One call refers to 32 business premises in Zagreb and the other is for premises in Osijek, Rijeka, Split, Sibenik, Dubrovnik and Zadar.
Most of the premises advertised in Zagreb are located in the city centre.
The premises can be inspected and are being offered “as seen” between January 15 and 18 and can be used for various business ventures.
Contracts will be signed with the most favourable bidders for a period of 5 years.
The deadline for submission of bids is January 25 for the premises in Zagreb and January 24 for the premises in other cities.
