Hail Damages Croatia Airlines Airplane Flying from Paris to Zagreb

The aircraft flew through a severe storm on its way from Paris to Zagreb last night.

Croatia Airlines A319-112 Airbus was damaged by hail last night, Avioradar reports on August 15, 2017.

The plane was en route from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Zagreb when it flew through a severe storm.

Due to visible damage on the plane, it has been withdrawn from service, which is common practice to establish the level of damage.

Avioradar reports that passenger safety was not in danger and the aeroplane landed on time around 9.15 p.m. last night.

This will not affect other flights as another aircraft will replace the damaged one.
