A new date for the grand opening has been announced.

Designer Outlet Croatia, whose opening was announced this Thursday, is a joint venture between IKEA and Mutschler Outlet Holding AG.

As Poslovni Dnevnik writes on the 5th of June, 2018, to all who are eagerly looking forward to the opening of Designer Outlet Croatia will have to wait a little longer for the doors of Croatia’s top new outlet to be opened. The brand new outlet, which will be located opposite to Zagreb’s popular IKEA store in Rugvica, will open its doors on a new date – Thursday, June the 21st at 17:00.

Customer safety and well-being are always at the forefront and are paramount. The final papers needed require more time to reach completion, and Designer Outlet Croatia is working strictly in accordance with professional standards. Investors in the project are also aware that the expectations of the big new outlet, which will offer more than a hundred fashion and lifestyle brands, are extremely high.

“We made this decision on our promise to the residents of Croatia as well as to our future customers, so that they can truly have a unique shopping experience in a new outlet,” said Branko Mihajlov, the director of Designer Outlet Croatia. He added: “In order to totally fulfill this promise and justify all of the expectations, we have to postpone the opening for June the 21st and ensure that the outlet is fully prepared for its first-time visitors.”

Designer Outlet Croatia will be managed by one of the largest European outlet managers, ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, a name who was already heavily involved in the Designer Outlet Algarve project in Portugal, which opened its doors last autumn.
