Todorić: ”Government Wants to Hide Truth About Agrokor”

Lauren Simmonds

Another bold insinuation from Agrokor’s former untouchable boss.

Agrokor’s former boss posts another blog entry on the 22nd of November, 2017, this time offering his thoughts on the abolition of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission for Agrokor.

As usual, we bring you Todorić’s latest blog post translated in full into English below:

”The abolition of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission for Agrokor is the strongest evidence that [Andrej] Plenković wants to hide the truth about Agrokor.

However, the crime which amassed around [Ante] Ramljak’s company (clique) after the government had pushed the unconstitutional Lex Agrokor (law) through would never be able to be hidden because the illegalities and robbery took on epic proportions.

Therefore, the intense desire to conceal the crime only exposes all who are involved in it. Only the Parliamentary Investigative Commission, without entering into details and parts of the investigation, because they have nothing to do with it, could soon disclose the frightening actions of Plenković’s government, which oversees and supports Ramljak’s criminal activities, and expose the severity of the plunder of private assets which is being measured in billions to the public.

Today’s decision to abolish the commission issued by the ruling majority is the twilight of the rule of law and the suspension of all democratic standards and European values.”
