Todorić: ”I’ve Submitted Proposal for Constitutional Review”

Lauren Simmonds

Another blog post from the ex Agrokor boss.

Ivica Todorić seems to have stuck to his word when it comes to submitting a proposal for a review of the constitution of the Republic of Croatia, which he suggested he would do just a few weeks ago.

As usual, we bring you Todorić’s latesy blog post, written on December the 2nd, 2017, translated in full into English below:

”As I announced [before], I’ve submitted a proposal for the review of the constitutionality of the Law on the Extraordinary Administration procedure in companies of systematic significance to the Republic of Croatia to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia. I’ve submitted a proposal for the review of constitutionality for the violent breach of my constitutional and fundamental human rights. The proposal, which contains extensive material in the three registers, contains all of the violations of my constitutional and human rights which haven’t been seen [elsewhere] in modern Europe.”

You can view and read the entire proposal by clicking here.
