Todorić: ”Law Ramljak Wrote Himself Doesn’t Apply To Him”

Lauren Simmonds

According to Agrokor’s ex boss, Lex Agrokor was written by the company’s government appointed extraordinary commissioner, and yet… it doesn’t apply to him.

As is well known at this point, one of Ivica Todorić’s favourite ”usual suspects” is Agrokor’s government appointed extraordinary commissioner, Ante Ramljak. According to the scorned former Agrokor boss, Ramljak has done nothing but lie and cheat since birth and he must be the one to expose him.

In his latest blog post, Todorić accuses Ramljak of not only being the real author of Lex Agrokor, which he believes was never needed, and he was allegedly forced to sign under blackmail and threats, but that the law allegedly penned by Ramljak is not respected by the man himself.

We bring you the latest blog post from Agrokor’s former top dog translated in full into English below:

”On January the 15th, 2018, a decision was issued on the e-news panel of the court on the established (accepted) and disputed debts of creditors.

Pursuant to Article 30 of Lex Agrokor, the Extraordinary Commissioner Ante Ramljak was obliged to invite the creditors through the Official Gazette (Narodne Novine) to notify Ramljak and the members of the Trust Council within the period prescribed by law, within five days of the said announcement.

The deadline for Ramljak’s call expired yesterday [respective to the blog post having been written on the 23rd of January] (it fell on Saturday and was taken up on Monday as the first working day) but there’s been no public announcement in the Official Gazette (Narodne Novine).

Perhaps the problem is that in calling, you must learn how many members a creditor council will have, and the way of classifying the creditors into special groups. Ramljak is hiding something once again, or, he needs some more time for his secret negotiations and for his tailoring of special groups which adhere to his plan to secure the required majority for the settlement.

And perhaps Ramljak’s deadlines are simply not valid, just like his laws aren’t, so Ramljak doesn’t even need to act as Lex [Agrokor] requires, which he himself wrote.

When will the court and state bodies begin to sanction Ramljak’s unlawfulness?”
