For weeks, speculation has surrounded the ex Agrokor boss’ now infamous blog, but who exactly pens the words?
Ever since Ivica Todorić discovered his new passion for blogging, questions about who exactly is behind the postings have been circulating across various media platforms. Of course, Todorić is the one expressing the thoughts (and firing off the accusations), but who is sitting down and typing them? It seems, according to his lawyer, that the former gazda himself is the one clicking the keys.
As Index writes on the 12th of November, 2017, Ivica Todorić’s lawyer has confirmed that Todorić is indeed the one who is writing the now somewhat iconic blog posts.
“Yes, that’s his blog, he’s behind it, he writes it, and he’s responsible for everything that’s written there,” confirmed his lawyer Jadranka Sloković for N1 Television.
“His blog is the result of being attacked by certain state officials, from the fourth month [of this year] and Lex Agrokor until the ninth month, Todorić didn’t make any statements or give any interviews, he didn’t address the public. Only at the end of the ninth month did he write the first blog purely because he thought he was without defense, without any ability to respond to what was happening in our political space,” explained Sloković.
She also added that Todorić, now (in his own words) a ”citizen in England”, is thinking of giving a serious interview that will provide answers to certain questions.
“In any case, he’s no longer satisfied with the blog, he thinks it’s a disadvantage, he thinks he is going to give a serious interview in which he’ll answer certain questions, and on the other hand, there isn’t any prohibition of [his] public appearance. But of course he bears the responsibility for what is written there [on the blog],” she concluded.
