Female national team is preparing for the matches against Hungary and Germany in St. Martin on Mura
Croatian female football team gathered in Zagreb on April 5, 2106, and will travel on to St. Martin on Mura to prepare for the EURO qualification matches against Hungary on Friday and Germany next Tuesday. The team is currently in the second position on the group table, with the goal of staying there and qualify for the EURO, which will be staged in Netherlands in July 2017.
The national coach, Mr. Zvonimir Kolak talked about the upcoming matches for the official Croatian Football Federation site: “The team has already achieved a great success. We are pleased with it and hope for the best, first against Hungary and then against Germany. With a win against Hungary, we have a chance to get to the games against Russia in the last two matches in the group, where we could reach the qualification. Girls are healthy, and all came to the reunion ready. We will try to qualify to the European Championships for the first time, but we have no particular pressure because we have already achieved a lot.”
