Deportivo Alavés and NK Rudeš, who reached an agreement to cooperate last November, will officially present the agreement at a press conference at 1 p.m. in Zagreb today.
NK Rudeš was founded in Zagreb in 1957 and is currently leader of the Croatian second division.
By signing this agreement, NK Rudeš becomes a strategic partner of Alavés in the Balkan region. This alliance between Deportivo Alavés and NK Rudeš is of a sporting, financial, organisational and administrative nature and is valid for the next ten years with an option for renewal at the end of this period.
The Baskonia-Alavés Group, owner of Deportivo Alavés, will share its wide-ranging experience in sports management with the Balkan team. The Group will introduce and develop its methodology in resource generation (including marketing, communication, ticket sales and other aspects) as well as its sports performance methodology directed at the detection and development of young players in the Balkans.
The agreement also grants Deportivo Alavés preference on the acquisition of the rights of players from the NK Rudeš organisation as well as the option to sign players directly from NK Rudeš.
