What does Dejan Lovren think about some of the national team players? The footballer bares it all on Instagram ‘live’.
Croatia national team player Dejan Lovren is currently in the process of recovering from an injury he sustained before the World Cup, and after his appearance in Russia, the situation deteriorated. Lovren has yet to play for Liverpool in the new season, reports Index.hr on August 28, 2018.
Dejan’s injury hasn’t stopped him from being in the spotlight, however, and spent his free time socializing with fans on Instagram and promoting about his fashion band Rock Filius. The Premier League defender often went ‘live’ on the social media platform and selected fans at random to ask him any questions they wished.
One of the questions was whether he would leave the Croatia national team after Subašić, Mandžukić, and Ćorluka all said their goodbyes. Lovren’s response delighted his fans.
“No, I’m still young. I can’t leave before Luka leaves, it would be a shame to leave before Luka,” Lovren said.
Dejan also answered a question about whether he liked Vrsaljko or Salah, his Liverpool teammate, more.
“Both are dear to me, and both of them have their own genius and I love to hang out with the both of them. They’re fantastic guys.”
What’s Perišić like?
“It’s interesting, he’s very quiet, we’re rarely in contact and we do not socialize too much, but when we get to the team we talk about a couple of things, we’re more colleagues, but he’s a great guy.”
When will you be seeing Vrsaljko?
“Well, I guess for the national team,” Lovren said.
What’s Subašić like?
“He’s fantastic, I adore him, I’m glad I did this with him in Russia, the boy deserved it, he went through difficult times in life, I’m glad to be his teammate and that I know him.”
