June 23, 2018 – World Cup celebrates the upcoming Croatian holiday.
On the occasion of the Statehood Day, which Croatia will mark on Monday, a special reception was held earlier today at the Croatian Football Federation’s fan zone in Moscow. TCN was the only Croatian media outlet with a journalist there.
The guests enjoyed a performance by the Sitni Vez tamburica band, and they also played table football and cyber football. Video clips of the best goals and moves of the Croatian national team players were also presented.
The fan zone is located in the Moscow city centre, at the Muzeon Sculpture Park, which is part of the most famous and most beautiful park in Moscow and the Russian Federation – Gorky Park, visited daily by more than 40,000 people, and more than 250,000 visitors on weekends and holidays.
The area has all the necessary infrastructure, as well as a cultural centre where Croatian fans can see get acquainted with cultural and historical landmarks of Moscow and the Russian Federation.
