Volotea expands its commitment to the Dubrovnik flight market with new connections to France for 2016.

Days after announcing a 2016 connection between the two Mediterranean jewels of Venice and Dubrovnik, low-cost Spanish airline Volotea has furthered strengthened its operations to and from Dubrovnik with the introduction of two new routes from France, as well as a continuation of a route introduced this year, reports Aerocroatia on October 7, 2015.

Starting as early as April 2 from Marseilles, Volotea will connect Bordeaux once more after a successful first season in 2015, while adding two new destinations, Nantes and Marseilles. Given the close proximity of Dubrovnik Airport at Cilipi to the Montenegrin border and the relatively poor connections to Montenegro’s coastal airport at Tivat, Dubrovnik Airport is also a popular entry point for tourists visiting that country, and the addition of new options from France will be welcome.
