Just days before the anniversary of the first ever scheduled seaplane flight from Resnik to Jelsa, the ECA expansion coninues to the island of Korcula.
After 14 years of bureaucracy, European Coastal Airlines finally took to the skies almost a year ago with the first scheduled seaplane service in Europe, with an inaugural flight from Resnik, near Split Airport, to Jelsa on Hvar.
The network has continued to grow since then, with the key location of downtown Split and the island of Lastovo added earlier this month, and these two destinations will connect the latest addition to the network from September 1, according to the airline’s Facebook page – Vela Luka on the island of Korcula.
The date is set: Split- Vela Luka from September 1st. Also, the new timeline for September is on our web!
According to the September schedule, flights to Vela Luka from Split will take 16 minutes, and just 8 minutes from Lastovo. Downtown Split will be directly connected to Jelsa, Mali Losinj and Vela Luka, with Pula and Lastovo available daily with one brief stopover each.
