The air carrier Czech Airlines will continue their flights in the winter to Zagreb, allowing tourists from the Czech Republic a quick and easy way to arrive at Advent in Zagreb.
After renewing its regular direct line between Zagreb and Prague in late April, Czech Airlines has now decided to continue with flights for the winter. This line will connect Zagreb to Prague on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays starting in the early mornings, while the flights from Prague to Zagreb will take-off on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays around 22.00 in the evenings, reports HRTurizam.
This achievement is just more proof that brings the Advent in Zagreb the title of the best in Europe, which this year begins on Saturday, 26 November and will, together with the New Year’s events, last until 8 January, 2017.
In addition, instead of the previous turboprop ATR 72 or 42, the Czech airline will now use the passenger aircraft Airbus A319, which will shorten the travel time to just an hour. This will provide an opportunity for tourists from the Czech Republic an easy and fast way to arrive at Advent in Zagreb, for which the interest has been expressed.
Otherwise, the line between Zagreb and Prague is historically the oldest international line for Czech Airlines, with the first flight in 1930. Dropouts on this line occurred in 2012 due to the restructuring of the company, and again was restored at the end of April this year.
