Express Airways Announces New Route from Maribor to Split

The new flight arrivals to Dalmatia keep on coming.

Despite the recent political tensions over various border issues between the two countries. incoming tourism from Slovenia remains an important market for Croatia and, as Aerocroatia reports on February 6, 2016, a new route from Express Airways for season 2016 will make that journey a little easier for some.

 

Starting on May 8, the airlines will operate a weekly flight from Maribor to Split each Sunday until October 16. Timetable below.

The flight annoucement is the latest to the Dalmatian coast, whose airports are enjoying record traffic, and both Split and Dubrovnik are in the process of executing plans to increase terminal space to cope with the expected continued growth.
