Major German Award for Croatian Campsite

ZAGREB, February 25, 2018 – The Čikat campsite on the Croatian island of Lošinj has received the Deutscher Camping-Club (DCC) Europapreis 2018 award at the Reise & Camping fair in Essen, Germany.

The award, given since 1996 by Germany’s largest camping tourism association, was given to Čikat and another five campsites in Germany, Austria and Spain.

Six Croatian campsites have received this award so far.

Čikat is part of the Jadranka Kampovi company, which has been in business for 70 years and operates three more campsites which can receive 9,300 guests in total.
