Instead of waiting for guests to come to them TZ Rogoznica came up with a simple but very effective way to come to its guests.
I admit, I have been critical of Croatian tourist boards more times than I can count, but on June 18, 2016, I am more than happy to congratulate one of them, the Tourist Board of Rogoznica, on a brilliant new project that will surely grab the attention of guests this summer.
As reported by HrTourism.hr, Rogoznica Tourist Board just introduced the very first mobile visitor centre in Croatia, an info office that will come to the guests instead of it being the other way around. The idea behind this project is to cover the more remote areas of this region that is famous for its tourism, so the new mobile Tourist board office will give out information to both hosts and guests from Kanica to Zecevo, stopping at every little town, village and place frequently visited by guests such as beaches, public celebrations, squares etc.
This refurbished, and brightly coloured retro van is a great step towards better branding of any destination and it is a fantastic idea since the guests will no longer have to spend time driving to main offices if they require assistance. Not to mention that the van is very “Tumblery” as kids today would say, in other words, you can expect many selfies and posts this summer that will include this fun van which is great for Rogoznica and the entire region.
Congratulations TZ Rogoznica on a brilliant idea, you have just shown us that it all comes down to people and not to the institution itself. Keep up the good work, we can’t wait to see what you come up with next year.
