December 20, 2023 – Fancy a tiny slice of Croatia every day of the year? The new ‘One Minute Croatia’ video project from TCN CEO Paul Bradbury kicks off tonight at 17:00 local time.
As fewer people read and attention spans get shorter, it is clear that the world of media is changing – rapidly.
And I have decided – reluctantly at first, now with a little more enthusiasm – to embrace that change.
How to best present Croatia to the world, and with all the knowledge and experiences I have been fortunate enough to enjoy these last 21 years, to this new world order?
Meet One Minute Croatia, arguably our most ambitious project so far, 60 seconds of (hopefully) engaging content, at the same time 365 days of the year. On 7 platforms – YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and here at TCN.
Each day of the week will have a theme – 5 surprising facts about (DESTINATION), recipe of the week, island of the week, famous Croat/invention, mainland destination, events/activities, and Croatia through the alphabet – A is for…
And with the help of AI, we will be playing around with other languages as well.
We kick off tonight at 17:00 with a young chap from Smiljan – 5 lesser-known things about Nikola Tesla. And you can see what is in store for the rest of the week in the thumbnails below. We hope you enjoy the project if you choose to watch, and constructive criticism is more than welcome.
