Croatia has undergone an aviation revolution in the last 12 months with the introduction of the first scheduled commercial seaplane service in Europe for 70 years, but has can it also now claim the shortest commercial flight in Europe? According to published schedules by Aeorocroatia on October 10, 2015, European Coastal Airlines introduced a new connection between downtown Split its Resnik seaport by Split Airport, with a flight time of just three minutes.
The published price for the flight is 149 kuna (a little under 19 euro) includes a short shuttle transfer to Split Airport, some 500m away.
