Fresh from voting Zagreb as Europe’s best Christmas market, European Best Destinations nominates another Croatian city for Best European Destination.

Voting starts on January 20 and runs until February 10, and Zadar is in competition with Athens, Prague, Amsterdam, Kotor, Brussels, Paris, Novi Sad, Berlin, Plovdiv, Vienna, Edinburgh, Madrid, Rome, Barcelona, Nicosia, Azores, Nantes, London and Milan. Best European Destinations says of Zadar:
