The Tourism Board of Ilok and Ilok Cellars have extended an invitation to the 4th Night of Wine in Ilok, to be held as part of the 49th manifestation Ilok Grape Harvest, on the terrace of the tourism village Stari Podrum, at the entrance to the medieval core of Croatia’s easternmost town of Ilok
The star of the night are you and the wines of Ilok Cellars, wines bottled on the premises, wines wrought with the power of the Danube, pride of tradition, beauty of the landscape and character of unique terroirs of the best vineyard locations of the Croatian Danube region, Net.hr reported on July 29, 2016.
Give yourself an unforgettable discovery of new sensations, relax in the unique ambience of the terrace of centuries old cellars, with musical scores from the Sing Song Swing band, a romantic game of light and colour, costumed animation and palette of wine assortment of Ilok Cellars, from refreshing Graševina, seductive Traminer, attractive Pinot, special Chardonnay to ecstatic Rose.
The evening includes a guided tour of the unique historical cellar complex, salty domestic snack and Srijem region food delicacies available in the restaurant. Discover the old wine world where wine history was made over two centuries ago, where wine is the source and style of life.
The price of a glass and wine at the tasting is only 50 Kuna and is not obligatory.
