Zadar Now Connected to Zurich with Germania

A new route for Zadar Airport.

As eZadar writes on the 12th of May, 2018, Zadar Airport and the German airline Germania on have announced the opening of a new line and the arrival of the first Germania aircraft from Zurich, Switzerland.

The ceremony to mark the new relationship between Zadar Airport and Germania will be attended by Zadar Airport Operations Director Josip Klišmanić and Urs Pelizzoni, Director of Commercial Operations of Germania and the Zadar County Tourist Board’s Damir Hordov.

Germania’s Airbus A-319 will be welcomed with a so called “baptism” with the firing of the water cannons from the fire brigade unit of the Zadar Airport.

Otherwise, this new arrival will connect Zadar and Zurich three times per week, on Wednesdays and with a further two rotations on Saturdays.
