Well developed scent, soft taste, polished tannins and firm spine is the Red 2011, a mix of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc by the Istrian winery Meneghetti. Wine Stars reviewers gave it five stars (at least 95 out of a 100) and recommended it with the finest meat dishes or in meditative moods. A great wine has a great price. In PZ Dropi-AVT a bottle costs 330 kunas.

Four stars went to an aromatic Slovenian Furmint 2015 Seven Numbers Single Vineyard. A harmonious white wine from the Croatian Moslavac variety is made by Puklavec Family Wines from Ormož, costing 55 kunas in Vrutak.

Three stars went to Pinot Nero 2013 by Vlado Krauthaker, a wine of balanced saltiness, savour and acidity (82.50 kunas in the winery) and Via Diagonalis 2016 Selected White, a mix of five varieties of Bulgarian winery Castra Rubra (Vrutak, 65 kunas).
