The Kos family, whose kindness and hospitality is remembered by many businessmen, guests and other travellers to Hrnjanec on the Wine Road of Zelina, owns a very well kept estate, with a spacious and modern family home. Along with the unavoidable wine, everyone will remember grandma’s cuisine and excellent “perice” and other domestic specialties. Great wines and good food are a challenge to all who visit this traditional and hospitable family, with a rich eno-gastronomy offer. They can host up to 50 guests.
On 3.5 hectares of their own vineyards and 1 leased hectare in the Zelina wine region, the Kos family grows quality sorts: Rhine Riesling, Chardonnay, Graševina, Kerner, Pinot Nero, Anita sparkling, Anita rose and indigenous Kraljevina. They are mostly grown on the positions in Jakopovac and Košutka, on southern slopes, vital to the life of vines.
