Rak winery’s grape and wine production takes place in the Šibenik’s specific hinterland climate, specifically the growth and wine production from two indigenous sorts: Babić and Maraština. From the Babić they also make an Opolo. Vine growing and wine making are a long tradition of their family, started in 1960 and reflected in modern production. Nurturing that tradition, as well as the inherited love for wine making, today they use modern processes and equipment to keep up with modern advancements in the area of vine growing and producing quality wine. The family estate also has a tasting room and a wine shop in Šibenik.
