Instead of tension on the palate, this Sauvignon pours into a fruit compote. Unexpectedly ‘softer,’ but with fruit that doesn’t seem overly ripe. Lemony peak. Maybe overly sticky, but the impression is dry and long lasting, and the refreshing effect is not missing.

Atypically wide, strives for a different ideal, noble aroma without weight. It yearns for this dissipation like a cobweb, but strongly bonded, with a lot more ‘meat’ with 12.5% alcohol.

A drink worthy of the top. The wine one above Hrašćina, where very bite is medicine.
