Grand Final of PRO 3x3 Tour 2025 Coming Up in Novalja

August the 1st, 2025 – The Grand Final of the PRO 3X3 Tour of 2025 is looming in Novalja on the gorgeous island of Pag.

Novalja on the island of Pag is one of the most beautiful and heavily frequented places on the Adriatic coast during the summer. On Saturday and Sunday (the 2nd and 3rd pf August, at the very peak of the tourist season) Novalja will offer a true two-day spectacle: the Grand Final of the PRO 3×3 Tour 2025, a series of international 3×3 basketball tournaments.

The PRO 3×3 Tour is organised by the PRO 3×3 Association, with the support of several partners, associates and sponsors. It is a truly unique sports-tourism-entertainment-educational event that also has a competitive character to it. Incidentally, 3×3 basketball is a new, quick, dynamic and captivating Olympic sport that first appeared at the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo. It is the fastest growing urban sport and currently the world’s number one. That was clearly proven by the fact that the PRO 3×3 Tour has become a real hit this summer. Teams come from all over Europe, and each tournament attracts many spectators who drum up an excellent atmosphere. This has been recognised in Croatia by the Ministry of Tourism and Sport, seeing the PRO 3×3 Tour once again included among the selected top international sports competitions. These competitions are financially supported, and it has once again received funding and promotional assistance from the Croatian National Tourist Board (HTZ).

PRO 3×3 Tour 2025 driven by Opel is the fourth season of a series of spectacular international 3×3 basketball tournaments that will be held from the 16th of May to the 3rd August 2025. These beautiful locations in Croatia are primarily in city centres. This year’s nine qualifying tournaments were organised in different parts of Croatia: in mainland Dalmatia (Trogir and Šibenik) and on the central Dalmatian islands (Hvar and in Bol on Brač), in Istria (Umag), in Slavonia (Donji Miholjac, Vinkovci, Nova Gradiška) and in central Croatia (Zagreb). In addition to the financial award for the winners, all of the registered teams from Croatia and abroad will collect points to secure a place in the Grand Final – the Final Tournament of this year’s PRO 3×3 Tour in Novalja!

At the gorgeous location of Ruža vjetrova Square on Novalja’s waterfront, an amazing 3×3 basketball court will be set up. The absolute “best of the best” will gather on Saturday afternoon and evening (on the 2nd of August) and all day on Sunday (on the 3rd of August). Incredible teams from several European countries will all come together to compete in two categories – senior Elite Men and junior U-19 men’s teams – and the stakes are high.

This Final Tournament has the prestigious status of FIBA Lite Quest for the senior men’s Elite Men category, so its winner will travel to the FIBA 3×3 Challenger in Mataro (Spain) on the 27th and 28th of September 2025.

In addition to all of the above, a rich and eventful accompanying programme has been prepared for each day of this spectacular sporting event. Kids’ Day with activities for children includes great music, entertainment and prize-winning games for spectators, as well as performances and dunks performed by members of the world-famous acrobatic group Dunking Devils from Slovenia.
