Our apartment is available for longterm rent from January 1, and there are few better places in the world to watch the world go by than the south-facing 37m2 terrace which is full of sun, sun, sun, as well as the cool breeze of the Adriatic during summer. No need for air conditioners (although we have them in every room) in this apartment, simply open the sliding doors and let Nature cool you down.
