As part of their Advent offering, the menu at B7 includes goulash with gnocchi, traditional “sarma” (cabbage rolls) with mashed potatoes, sausages with sauerkraut – and certainly no Croatian Christmas would be complete without a Bakalar (white) and Bakalar fish stew. And for dessert? Why not indulge in traditional fry-breads called “Uštipci” – served with chocolate, caramel, or marmalade.
While house red and white wines are available at your service, and draft Karlovačko is never too far out of site, B7 is also offering both red and white mulled wine – and a perfectly large list of rakijas in case you need an extra kick.
In addition, cocktail lovers can rejoice with some specially made cheerful drinks in honor of the season. Anyone fancy a “Christmas Jack” full with whiskey, Christmas liquor, lemon syrup, cloves and cinnamon? Or how about an “Apple Fireball” made with cider, cognac, cinnamon, and apple? And lastly, coffee (and cocktail) lovers will certainly choose the “Cafe de Neige” dressed with double espresso, Grand Marnier, and whipped cream.
