The Dragon’s Cave is located near the village of Murvica on Brač Island, about seven kilometres from Bol. It got its name from the sculptural relief of a dragon in it. It was previously a temple and a dwelling of Glagolitic priests.
Reliefs in this cave are a monument to the monastic life of the Glagolitic friars in the 15th century. The cave is 20 meters long and divided into four halls. In the first is the chapel of our Lady. Reliefs of Madonna angels, moon, dragon and others were are carved into the cliff.
