One-Take Interview with Danijell Nikolla from Corto Maltese (Video)

On Tuesday 4th July, 2017, we caught up with Danijell Nikolla to get the inside scoop on Corto Maltese Restaurant and San Sustipanske Noći Festival.

As part of getting to the heart and soul of Split we have decided to start a video series – ‘One-Take Interviews’; keeping it raw and real, gaining insights into the true Split and hearing from the people who make this bright, vibrant, crazy city what it is.

This week we met Danijell Nikolla from Corto Maltese Restaurant and organiser (along with his beautiful wife Jelena) of the Split summer highlight, San Sustipanske Noći.

We met Danijell at Corto over beers and understood why he has had such great success here in Split; basically, he is a super-cool, charismatic guy, overflowing with contagious, positive energy. The way he talks about his restaurant, festival, wife and children is heart-warming as well as inspiring.
