For all sailing enthusiasts out there, we present to you International Regatta Croatia
The first edition of International Regatta Croatia will take place in Split, Brač and Vis from August 5 – 8. Under the motto “Race. Win. Dance” the International Regatta Croatia invites everyone to join in, from professional sportsmen and sailing enthusiasts to complete amateurs looking for a fun and adrenaline-filled way to explore the beautiful Croatian coast and south Dalmatian islands.
You can embark on this exciting sailing adventure even if you don’t have a boat or a skipper! The organisers will provide you with both.
The first race will be held on Sunday, August 6. The race will start in Split Marina at 11 A.M. and end in beautiful Bol on Brač island at around 5 P.M. The second and third races are scheduled for Monday, August 7. The second one will start 10 A.M. and will take place from Bol to the Pakleni Islands near Hvar, and the third and last race of the regatta will see boats racing from the Pakleni Islands to Vis island, and will start at 2 P.M. The winners will be announced after the races at the winner announcement ceremony, after which everyone is invited to the closing party.
Besides daytime sports programme, the organisers have prepared big parties at the end of every day at the most amazing venues on the Croatian coast – you can attend the opening party at Central, one of the best clubs in Split, chill at a cool beach bar in Bol and party in Fort George, an enchanting medieval fortress on Vis.
You can submit your entry online or on Saturday, August 5 from 11 A.M. to 10 P.M. at the Regatta Office – Toto Travel Agency (Trumbićeva obala 2, Split).
