Big moves for one Koprivnica-based company!
Noa is a brand of smartphone and a gadget of the Koprivnica-based Hangar 18 company, and is currently in the process of being allocated to its own special company.
As Poslovni Dnevnik/Tanja Ivancic/VL writes on the 14th of August, 2018, Noa and the Chinese company Coose have signed an agreement on strategic cooperation during the opening ceremony of the Intelligent Terminal Industrial Park in the Chinese city of Yibin.
Noa and Coose will jointly participate in the development of the latest technologies which will be implemented into Noa TVs, smartphones and tablets, as well as other Noa gadgets with enabled AI function, they state from the Koprivnica company. Noa is best known for the Hangar 18 smartphone brand, and Mario Kralj, the founder and director of Hangar 18, is currently in the process of outsourcing to a standalone company, with the aim of making Noa smart phones have an easier and significantly more simple time on foreign markets.
They are, in fact, the product of four years of Croatian intelligence, software, and design, of course fitted with Chinese-made components, as is the case with the vast majority of other smartphones today. Noa’s products are now, as they claim from the company itself, among the top five brands in the world according to the quality and availability of its components which are built into the smart devices. The Chinese Coose Group, with which Croatia’s Noa will now strategically collaborate, is the leading manufacturer of motherboards and other smartphone components, and the aforementioned Intelligent Terminal is a newly-built industrial park within its framework.
Mario Kralj notes that cooperation with Coose will further contribute to stability and security, as well as more simplified procurement control. Coose is otherwise in the background of very many smart device manufacturers, it collaborates with more than thirty countries and is a strategic partner of MediaTek Inc. and the gigantic Samsung Electronics. The Intelligent Terminal is a modern telecommunications and exploration zone of 211 hectares with complexes of 160,000 square metres in size.
Liu Zhong Bo, Minister of Sechuan Province, and Chen KaiFeng of Coose, attended the park’s recent opening ceremony. On that occasion, Mario Kralj also presented them with Croatian national football team jerseys.
Otherwise, Hangar 18 currently employs 150 people, they have placed their mobile phones on eight markets across Europe and Russia, and by the end of the year they are planning to break into twelve markets.
